Roland Burgman is passionate about improving financial literacy for entrepreneurs and their boards. His advisory work focuses on strategic growth management.

​Roland brings extensive board experience from roles as Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Audit Committee Chair and as an executive and non-executive director for publicly listed and private companies. He is currently chairman with two Inc 500 startup company CEOs.

Roland is also a member of the Foresight Global Coaching Partnership, an organization that coaches CEOs and other senior executives.

A Fulbright scholar, Roland also provides executive education in strategy, economics and Value Based Management to leadership teams and at business schools in the U.S. and Europe.
