Roland brings extensive board and governance experience, having served as Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Audit Committee Chair, and executive and non-executive director for publicly listed and private companies. He currently serves as Chairman alongside two Inc. 500 startup CEOs.

Roland is a member of the Foresight Global Coaching Partnership, advising CEOs and senior executives on leadership, strategy, and organizational performance.

A Fulbright Scholar and GE Prize–winning doctoral researcher, Roland also delivers executive education in strategy, economics, and value-based

Jacqui joined AssetEconomics after 15 years with EY, where she served as a partner and principal in Global Accounts in New York, including a two-year international assignment in Europe, as well as three years with EY Australia.

Previously, Jacqui co-founded and sold a professional services firm specialising in board-level advisory for Fortune 100 companies and governments. Her work included advising the Department of the Treasury on the transformation of a major investment fund management entity and leading director appointment and onboarding for newly established companies across the energy sector, including generation, power exchange, and supply.

Jacqui began her career at the intersection of commerce and research, with early roles at organisations including Cambridge University’s ProLingua Language Laboratories and the University of Melbourne. These foundations continue to shape her analytical, cross-disciplinary approach to business development and leadership.
